Paul is the Director for the Global Virtual Sales organisation at Cisco across the ANZ, Japan and Korea regions, He manages a team of leaders in those three regions, who in turn run a team of more than fifty direct Virtual Sales Account Managers, with a combined annual sales goal of more than $450M. Prior to this, Paul has held a number of different senior roles in the IT and Service Provider industries over the past twenty five years, including more than fifteen years in people management roles within Sales, Procurement and Strategy & Planning. He has lived and worked in different countries during this time and has travelled extensively. Paul’s passion lies in developing early in career sales talent, helping them build their capabilities, personal brand and network, and ultimately accelerating their career progression. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Bristol in the UK, as well as being a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA). He currently resides in Sydney, Australia with his wife and two children.
